Friar Fly to Grand jury to investigate D.M. shooting By David Garms A case involving a Berwick area woman who apparently was shot with her own gun Monday night will be turned over to the Polk County Grand Jury, police said Tuesday. On the advice of the county attorney's office, no charges will be filed by police in the shooting, according to Sgt. Richard Mould. But, he said, "We're sending the whole thing to the grand Vicki Kay Stafford, 22, also known as Vicki Anderson, of 5605 Berwick Road, was shot in the left side about 10:30 p.m.

"We believe it was her own gun she got shot with," Mould said. After the shooting, police said, Fisher and Webb-Bey helped Stafford back into her car and drove away but the three was stopped in the 300 block of Forest Avenue by officers who had been notified of the shooting.
