Leonhardt, court administrator for Iowa's Fifth Judicial District, and his wife, Rose Marie, have been granted a dissolution of marriage in Polk County District Court. They were married Sept. 23, 1950, in Des Moines and have five children. One child is a minor and will remain in the custody of Rose Marie Leonhardt.

The couple has reached a private agreement on financial matters relating to their marriage. Leonhardt is to pay $75 a week in child support for the minor child, according to court documents. A Civil Defense spokesman said most of the damage was confined to residential sections of Arequipa, a city of 800,000 persons and scene of an earthquake that caused major damage in 1960. The spokesman said the quake caused little structural damage to major buildings but that windows were shattered. The Peruvian Institute of Geophysics in Lima said the one-minute quake registered at 6.2 on the Richter scale and occurred shortly after 5:08 a.m. local time.
