Five camp periods will be observed, each lasting one week. The grounds are located near the Community Church miles west of Millersburg, la. B. H. ZSNTMIBE Secretary County Conference Board FUNDS 8 to 12 years of age. The girls' camp, ages 12 to 15, opens July 24 with the Rev. Ralph Priebe of Gumming, as dean.

Boys 12 to 15 years old will convene July 31. The Rev. Victor Rogers of North is dean. On August 7 the youth camp opens, ages ranging from 16 to 30. The Rev.

E. V. Streed of Iowa City will be in charge. The Rev. Clifford Monor, 1047- 17th N.E., Cedar Rapids, will conduct the adult camp beginning August 14.

This camp is open to all ages. Permanent buildings are maintained on the camp grounds but families atending the adult camp may bring their own equipment and use the grounds for camping if they wish. Many Teachers Engaged All camps are provided with capable teachers schooled in a comprehensive and systematic knowledge of the word of God. The conference reports campers give testimony throughout the year of the help received during the short Bible camp week. Evangelists and missionary speakers of quality are sought out.

Each speaker is chosen for his particular ability as to the age group with which he will Miss Margaret Reynolds will teach during the youth camp. She spent over eight years in China under the China Inland Mission and is now teaching at the Omaha Bible Institute. Miss' Sarah Baker has been working among the Africans as principal of a school under the Sudan Interior Mission. She is home on furlough. She will conduct the junior camp.

The Rev. Robert Haag selected for the girls' camp is an evangelist and gifted pianist. The adult camp will have a fine Bible teacher in the Rev. Robert S. Mc- Birnie, M.A., B.D., pastor of the Federated church at Lisbon, la.

The boys' camp will have the Rev. J. A. "Bud" Petersen, evangelist and musician, loved by young people wherever he has taught. The Rev.

G. W. Busse, evangelist just returned from Germany, has been engaged tentatively. If he returns to Germany before camp time, Raymond B. Martin, founder of Trunfpetsound Gospel Signs, will replace him.

Recreation Too The full time is not spent in prayer and contemplation. There are facilities for volley ball, badminton, baseball and other activities. Tennis and shuffleboard are to be added this year. Meals are prepared by Mrs. (Ma) Browning and her crew of girls, A new provision of the conference- is sickness and accident insurance lor each person while he is under the supervision of the camp.

The conference grounds are situated on beautiful rolling hills with large, majestic trees casting refreshing shade about the bins and playgrounds, One is aware of the sweet aroma of the surrounding hay fields and corn and grain lands. Interdenominational The organization is interdenominational and every church in the conference is allowed the representation of its pastor and one delegate. This group forms the council and conducts the camp sessions. The Rev. Dana Austin, pastor of the Millersburg Community church manager of the camp the Rev.

Bicycle Mrs. Mike Wiemers of Gilmore City enjoyed her recent trip to Germany with her husband. Except that she had to learn to ride a bicycle, is a principal form of transportation there.

It was her first visit there since 1925. Bees At high noon recently, a swarm of bees descended on Louis Knudson's popcorn stand at Iowa Falls. Mr. Knudson had very few customers; in fact, none whatever, until Paul and Albert Kulis arrived and took the bees to their apiary west of Iowa Falls. No one got stung.
