Born Marie Suzette Andre, October 20, 1941 at Walter Reed Hospital in Washington DC to Laval and Dorothy Andre. She is survived by her sister Shir-ley Andre of Waukee, brother Lee Andre of Dubuque.

Lance (Traci) Andre, Dubuque, la. Son in law Matthew Hogan, Des Moines, la. Eleven Grandchildren and Nine Great Grandchildren. After her retirement from PDI Marie enjoyed being with family and friends. Taking care of her granddaughter Hannah Hogan was one of her greatest pleasures, along with participating in military families and making military comfort quilts.

She was an active member of Our Lady's Immaculate Heart Church. She liked feeding her birds and watching Speedy Gonzalez. Funeral services will be 9:30 a.m. Thursday at Our Lady's Immaculate Heart Catholic Church. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m.

Wednesday at the church with a vigil service at 8 p.m. Contributions may be made to the Susan Komen Foundation or Priests for Life. BARBARA (O'NEAL) BURNHAM Clive Barbara i Burnham, 76, passed away jb i Monday, April A'j a 6, 2009, at Kavanagh SL i House on 56th Street from cancer. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday at Windsor United Methodist Church with burial at Resthaven Cemetery.

Barbara was born in Valley Junction, IA and gradu-ated from Valley High School. She married William (Bill) Burnham in 1957, and they lived in the California Bay Area for 30 years before moving to Clive in 1988. Barbara worked at a Des Moines insurance agency for a few years and was a member of Windsor United Methodist Church. Barbara is survived by her husband, William (Bill) Burnham; daughter, Diane (Charles) Robinson of Sorento, IL; son, Paul (Colleen) Burnham of Tracy, CA; grandsons, Bryan and Nicholas Burnham; and six siblings, Donald (Evelyn) O'Neal of Kennewick, WA, Virgel (Warren) Myer of Norwalk, Elsie (Charles) Wilbert of Des Moines, Melvin (Beverly) O'Neal of West Des Moines, Robert O'Neal of West Des Moines and Guy O'Neal of Indianola. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mabel and Tony O'Neal.

Patrick's Catholic Church, 1110 11th Nevada, Iowa at 10:30 a.m., April 10, 2009. Neva was born November 2, 1930 in Des Moines, Iowa, the daughter of William B. and Edna T. (Shaw) Squire. She grew up in Des Moines and attended Lincoln High School.

Neva and Howard R. (Pat) Barker were married February 21, 1950 in Nevada, Iowa. They settled on acreage South of Nevada and were blessed with four children, Mike, Steve, Linda and Danny. Neva was employed by R.H. Donnelly in Nevada and 3 in Ames, where she retired in 1990.

She was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Nevada, the Harley Owners Group, a Charter member of the Route 65 HOG chapter, and a supporter of the Des Moines Race for the Cure. Neva enjoyed motorcycles, gardening and flowers, and was an avid NASCAR fan. Neva was a loving mother and grandmother, and a special friend to all who knew her. Those left to cherish Neva's memory are her children, Mike (Barb) Barker of Pilot Mound, Iowa; Steve (Karen Creager) Barker of Des Moines, Iowa; Linda (Tom) Hackett of St.

James, Minnesota; and Danny Barker of Maxwell, Iowa; Her sisters, Thelma (Ken) Way of Madison, Alabama; Lillis Lewis of Gatesville, Texas and her brother, Butch (Carol) Dennis of Norwalk, Iowa; Grandchildren; Mandy Barker, Ryan (Lauren) Barker and Tommy Hackett. He married Ida Mae Cone on November 23, 1936 and they lived and farmed the family farm near Grimes for 61 years. Clarence's favorite tractor was Massey-Harris and he really enjoyed working with horses and mules. He was a lifelong member of St. Peter Lutheran Church and was a passionate fan of the St.

Louis Cardinals. Clarence is survived by his children, Twila Seibert of Winterset, Patricia Calli-son of Indianola, Darryl (Linda) Seibert of Waukee and Delia (Larry) Burgus of Woodward; three grandchildren, Patrick Callison of West Virginia, Andrew Burgus of Chicago and Aaron Burgus of Seal Harbor, Maine; one greatgrandchild, Andrea Callison of West Virginia; his sister, Mildred Hampton of Sandwich, Illinois and several nieces and nephews. She worked for two years at her uncle's restaurant until she moved to Sigourney, IA and went to work at the Ford Garage. She met Bruce Hamilton while in Sigourney and they were married in 1939. They moved to Des Moines in 1941 when Bruce worked at the Ordinance Plant. In 1945 both she and Bruce went to work at Firestone. Margaret retired in 1977, after 32 years of service, the last 19 years as the Plant Manager's secretary.

She was a member of the West Des Moines Christian Church for over 50 years. Margaret will be missed by her sons, Gary (Norma) Hamilton, West Des Moines; Bob (Kathleen) Hamilton, Mesilla, NM; six grandchildren, Kevin (Mindy) Hamilton, Evergreen, CO; Karin Hamilton, West Des Moines; Lara (John) Fischer, Dallas, TX; Alison Hamilton, Albuquerque, NM; Stacey (Chris) Jones, San Clem-ente, CA; Tracy (Jamie) Foreman, Garden Grove, CA; six great-grandchildren; her brothers, Frank (Abbie) Green, Urbandale and Herb (Marilyn) Green, Independence, MO; and many nieces and nephews. Fairbank Des Moines William L. Fairbank passed away on Monday, April 6, 2009 due to complications from cancer. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, April 13, at St. Augustin Catholic Church immediately followed by a funeral luncheon.

Private burial will be at a later time at Resthaven Cemetery. Bill was born on December 17, 1941 in Des Moines, Iowa. He graduated from Roosevelt High School in 1960 then attended Drake University where he served as student body president and became a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity. He received his Bachelor's Degree from Drake in 1964 and his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Drake Law School in January of 1966. Bill enjoyed a long and distinguished career as an attorney in Des Moines, most recently as a partner in the Whitfield and Eddy Law Firm for the past 25 years.

Included among his many civic and professional contributions Bill served on the Board of Directors of Living History Farms. He was chairman of the board during the capital campaign which resulted in the construction of the visitor's center and other buildings at the Farms. Bill was a member of the Polk County, Iowa, and American Bar Associations as well as a member and past president of the Lincoln Inne. He was also a member of the Transportation Lawyers Association and Chairman of the Board of Examiners of Shorthand reporters. As a parishioner of St.

Augustin Church he served as a song leader for more than a decade. Bill brought enthusiasm and commitment to everything in which he was involved. His vitality enhanced the lives of all those around him. Throughout his many accomplishments, Bill's number one priority was his family. He was a dedicated and loving husband, father and grandfather.

Those left to cherish his memory include his high school sweetheart and wife of 45 years, Joleen (Wolf); son Rob (Mary Ann) Fairbank of Denver, CO; daughter Deanna (Jeff) Lane of West Des Moines; and four grandchildren, Christopher and Will Fairbank and Shelby and Colin Lane.
